Super easy to work with! Very helpful! I didnt know anything about rings and diamond shapes and cuts and clarity. They were so nice to go through each explaination to help me and my husband understand and decide what we want!

They were very easy to work with and helped us out. There was some confusion around my wedding band, but they fixed the issue right away. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful rings on a budget. FYI, their jeweler is no longer on site, so what used to take less than a week for sizing, now takes up to 21 days since they have to send it off site now. Just went here for my engagement ring. You will sacrifie service for value for sure. Decent "starter" product though.

Zales tends to be underrated, but their quality is really superb. My husband found my engagement ring, but didn't buy it right away. He went home and looked it up online, and the online price was much cheaper. When he went back to the store, they agreed to honor the online sale so that he could purchase the exact ring he wanted. I get compliments on my wedding set all the time! One lady tried to tell me that there's "no way" he bought it at Zales because "Zales doesn't make stuff that nice." It is beautiful!!
