The vision of the bride did not come to fruition because colors were wrong, runners instead of paid-for toppers, off white linens instead of paid-for ivory (was told two days before the wedding after every single dime had been paid for), no colors were correct, didnot decorate gift table. The owner was very unprofessional, however, the vice president (Jenelle) dealt with us with a level head and returned one-third of the money. This company has potential, but needs more competent staff, and needs to not allow the president to handle customers who have prepaid for their services.

I made a special trip from out of town 5 months prior to my wedding date specifically to speak with this vendor about wedding rentals and to ensure that the wedding colors that I had selected were a close match to the colors that this company offered. I brought my swatches and matched them up to a table that was on display in their showroom. The colors were a close match so I placed my order for table toppers, chair tie backs, and a host of other items. After the final payment was paid to this vendor, which was 2 days before the wedding, I am told that they don't have the color that I ordered (5 months prior to the wedding). When questioned, I am then told that they never had the color that I described. I said you had the color 5 months ago when I originally came and they said that they never had the color anywhere in their showroom. I was able to produce pictures that I had taken to prove that those colors were indeed in the showroom when I originally came and were never ordered for my wedding. In addition, there were items that I had paid for in advance that never made it to the wedding (I was reimbursed for those items) It was a complete disaster! I would have been able to deal with the mistakes if this vendor and the staff would have been apologetic and admitted to the mistakes. Instead, they were arguementative, condescending and tried to make it seem as if I was the one that had screwed up the order, and I can assure you that that was not the case.

Very friendly staff :) I ordered ivory tablecloths and sage table toppers and they turned out BEAUTIFUL. I couldn't have been happier with how everything looked. It was even better than I imagined it. There were a few things that were a little over priced in my opinion but I expected that would happen. Every time I went in they were very nice and helpful, however it was my older sister who was the one in charge of getting everything together, and she claimed they were rude to her on multiple occasions. Also, I wanted lights hung from the ceiling at my reception venue and they said they were ordering some and that it could be done, but I didn't find out whether this was going to happen or not until about 3 weeks before my wedding!! Talk about stressful!!! That's my only real complaint. I don't feel like they should have waited so close to my wedding to figure all that out. That's a little unprofessional. If they hadn't of been able to get lights I would have been screwed. Overall I was happy though.
