Royal Rides

My family and I rented the 2 tone Rolls Royce for our wedding. We got the 2-way transfer. I spoke with the owner a week before my wedding by phone and e-mail to confirm my pick up times. The day of the wedding he was a no show for the first pick up. I called him while we were taking photo's and he hadn't left yet. He was still in St. Augustine and wouldn't be able to make it to pick us up. He got confused with the times(even with a conformation e-mail from him). I ended up having to ride with my photographer. He did make it to the reception to pick us up but most of our guests had left. The owner felt bad gave us a gift certificate. Even with the drama, I would hire him again. The Rolls was AMAZING. I felt like a princess in the back of the car. People driving around us waved and took photo's. I'd never want to pick a limo over that.

The limo selection is great however once you sign the contract you will not ever be able to change the contract so beware. We booked about 1 year out and changed the arrival location well in advance in addition to our wedding planner calling and confirming the new information two times they did not pick us up because they were at the wrong location so I had to be driven to the church in an orange PT cruiser that someone lent us. We were not able to reach them via cell phone the day of when they did not show up. There was no apology no assistance it was awful!!

Royal Rides was not the easiest vendor to get a hold of.We weren't 100% sure they would show up until they finally called us a day before our wedding.Overall lack luster service for the price we paid.I would recommend looking elsewhere for a limousine because they will not refund your money if they fail to show up on time.
