I got my Maggie Sottero dress from this gown shop. I ordered it in August and it came in december. It was so beautiful. I went back to this shop in March (the month before my wedding) to get it altered which only cost me like 20 dollars! They also were really nice about paying for my dress, they broke it up into 3 payments ,several months apart so it wasn't too much money all at once!

The gown shop was extremely helpful when finding my dress. Everything came in on time and there were no issues to speak of.

I purchased my gown as well as shoes, veil, and all my jewelry. The service was fantastic-- I worked directly with the manager and saw at least 20 gowns during my first visit to the store. The staff was patient and helpful and the selection was top-notch. I purchased a Christos gown and all my accessories were Fenroli for Regalia. Everything was perfect!

I was really disappointed in how they handled the whole situation. I had a slight alteration made to a button and had my maid of honor run up there on my wedding day to pick it up. Their was a balance of 32.00 due and they would not release my dress. My maid of honor did not bring any cash so we had to send my mother up there before they would give them my dress. I understand the need to have the balance paid in full, but I had paid them over 5,000 for my dress and accessories, all on time. This was a miniscule oversight.
