I feel like Aime and I have been working on this wedding for ages. She put up with my two color scheme changes, put up with my constant emails and questions, met with me whenever I was in town (as we were planning from out of state). She made a GORGEOUS head table arrangement when I threw a HUGE head table at her last minute. She was a complete angel. Everyone loved the floral arrangements - I think my one regret was not asking her to make some of her trademark flower balls for the chandelier decorations :) I think that would probably be what would have made it perfect. With Aime you're getting an amazing value for absolutely gorgeous work. She even hand painted our programs, place cards, etc. They were so gorgeous - I still have our leftover programs and I pretty much just look at each unique one and remember how wonderfully beautiful she made my wedding.She was also my wedding coordinator, and she did a FABULOUS job. We had wish lanterns for our exit, and she made sure everyone had one - and no one was set on fire hahaha. Seriously - she thought of every single possibility and prepared for it. She had back up plans for her back up plans! I am still in awe of what she was able to do in the last week before the wedding. Her work is beautiful, and she's incredibly talented. My mom recommends her to everyone - even if they aren't looking for an event designer/florist. We just can't get over how blessed we were to find Aime!

Aimee was a joy to work with. As mother & father of the groom, we volunteered to host an open house reception in Jacksonville for our son and daughter-in-law who choose to do a destination wedding in St. Lucia. Aimee was recommended by our caterer and we were very happy to follow through with the recommendation. Once we explained to Aimee that we were in a time crunch to plan the arrangements for this event, (we had travel plans and were going to be out of town) she seeminly dropped everything to meet with us and work out a plan and an estimate for the work we were wanting done for the open house. Aimee was very professional but easy to work with and put us at ease immediately. After discussing what we thought we wanted and Aimee suggestions we were able to establish a plan that worked with our budget, floral, and decorating expectations. Would I call upon Aimee again? I centainly would and highly recommend she be considered if you are planning an event, wedding or otherwise. I'm confident you won't be disappointed!

This vendor exceeded my wildest expectations. The flowers were amazing. She build us an arch to get married under, hand made of bamboo and flowers. The bouquets were the prettiest anyone had ever seen. There was variety and consistency in my 10 table arrangements. She was flexible with pricing and catered to my budget. I recommend Aime Peterson Flowers and Event Design studio to all brides who are looking to make there ceremony and reception unforgettable.

We were so happy with Aime's flowers and beach decor for our wedding at One Ocean this June. Her creativity and sense for beautiful design made our wedding more amazing than we could have imagined. When I first met Aime, I took her a few pictures of beach weddings and flowers that we liked and she took it from there, adding her own style and ideas. She even helped last minute with our chair covers, saving us from stressing over the little details a few days before the wedding. I interviewed several florists and designers prior to selecting Aime, and in my opinion, there is no one out there that can beat her prices, creativity and personality!

Aime was a delight to work with. She is extremely talented and provides a lot of bang for the money invested. She was very thorough from the beginning and was a big help to me- even while I was planning from out of state. She was very flexible and listened to all my ideas and concerns. I hired Aime as my florist, decorator, and day-of coordinator for my wedding held at The Club Continental. She absolutely impressed me with her thoughtful and creative ideas for the florals and design of my wedding. There was no other vendor that came close to matching her level of creativity. I could tell she put a lot of thought into the design of the decor and flowers by taking my ideas of a theme and making it into my dream wedding. I was so thankful to have her there as my day of coordinator. It is an absolute must for a larger wedding. She was always responsive and a great support throughout my year of planning. It also helps to have someone in the know about weddings to save you money on other expenses. If you want perfection and someone who truly loves what they do, hire Aime Peterson. She will undoubtedly do a great job!

Aime did a fabulous job with the flowers for my wedding! Everything was taken care of before I arrived and I didn't have to worry about a thing. My bouquet was absolutely stunning and we loved the bamboo arch Aimee created for our ceremony.

I was so happy with the flowers, centerpieces, and linens that Aime provided for my wedding! She was creative and worked within my budget. We got lots of compliments on our centerpieces and I had picked up some little decorations that we had hoped to use and she was able to incorporate them into our reception! I had a very very limited budget, but Aime did an amazing job and was such a professional, I would love to work with her again in the future!

Aime is nothing short of excellent. I felt so comfortable that she understood our vision for the wedding and with that trust it was executed beautifully. Throughout the whole process I felt I always had Aime on my team and I highly recommend her not only for decor but for day of coordination. She works with your budget and she's well worth every penny and more. I've recommended Aime to several other brides and they were all overjoyed with her work. She is truly a pleasure to work with and I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Absolutely amazing! Aime is so sweet and really knows how to take your ideas and bring them to life. I know nothing about flowers. I just told Aime what I like and what the overall feel of the wedding was and she was able to turn it into something beautiful. Our guests were extremely impressed with the centerpieces and I just adored my bouquet! I would not hesitate to work with Aime and her staff again.

Aime and her staff made gorgeous bouquets that fit our price budget. The colors were radiant, and so creative. The centerpieces exceeded our expectations, and we had NOTHING but a positive experience.

Aime is really passionate about design and gives you creative ideas to work with. Aime truly captured my daughter's vision for her reception centerpieces and linens. I have nothing but fantastic things to say about Riverside Flowers and Event Design! My husband and I got married on the beach and Aime Peterson did a fabulous job coordinating and just did anything and everything beyond what was expected of her.AND...I was able to get my peonies for the wedding! (They were almost out of season)

I wish I had a better review to write because I was very excited about Aime's services after I met her for our initial meeting. We had Aime do all of our wedding flowers and our event rentals (tents, dance floor, lighting, etc.). Flowers - My bridal bouquet was gorgeous. I got lots of compliments on it but it wasn't even close to what I had asked for. I had five bridesmaids with white flowers. Three of the five bridesmaids bouquets were half brown (dead). It was a running joke when the photographers were there to "hide the dead parts". The table centerpieces were very pretty.Rentals - The white tents had brown stains on the ceilings. They looked as though an animal had given birth on them. We saw the tents the day before the wedding and Aime did cover up the brown stains with some extra draping. The can lighting was supposed to have purple gel inserts...they were taped on the outside and kept falling off the entire night. There was an error in our final billing of close to $1000. I spent a month of calling and leaving messages and emails without anyone calling me back. I finally had to contact my credit card company and let them handle the mischarge.I wouldn't recommend this vendor to any of my friends.

Riverside Event Design supplied almost everything for my beach Wedding (including advice!) Even when the venue changed THREE WEEKS BEFORE THE DATE, Aime assured me everything would be ok, actually, 'better than great' is what she said, and it was. She had to rearrage everything and go to a new site to measure for set up at that late hour and never mentioned or acted as if it was an inconvenience. She also supplied me with information on Bands for my music booking and restaurants for Catering. She shared MANY wonderful ideas that I implemented to make my special day truly memorable. I can't tell you enough about how impressed I, my Husband or our Guests were with the set up and the beautiful flowers. She built an Altar for us to be Wed under on the Beach and trudged MANY wooden chairs out there as well. I don't know if any of you out there have made a trip to the beach with chairs before, but taking 2 out there & walking through the sand is hard enough, she brought enough for all of our Guests. The Flowers were incredible. I entrusted her to create something colorful & tasteful and didn't really even give her any guidlines. When she made my sample bouquet I loved it. She also decorated my cake with Orchids and chocolates. It was breathtaking.If you are looking for someone to cater to you, listen to your needs & wants and most of all follow through on all of it - Riverside Event Design, Aime Peterson is the only choice.
