Ponte Vedra Inn and Club

Would recommend Pone Vedra Inn and Club to anyone! It's not only so incredibly beautiful, but the staff is beyond professional and toally helpful! Food is amazing! Our reception was suppose to be on the beach side, but the rained so we had to move it to the main building. I was kind of bummed of course, but the staff made the transition easy and it turned out to be so beautiful! Jessica Ross was our wedding coordinator and she was perfect! Couldn't have done it without her! Awesome, awesome experiece!!

I loved the location and some of the workers. I ended up dealing with 3 different wedding planners, before I guess they decided to stick with one. Not sure what happened to the other 2. I had a beach wedding out side the Surf Club in the late afternoon. They didnt ask for any of the people to move to the side, so there were people directly in front of where the ceremony took place. I provided swatches of each color linen I wanted for the reception and I got 5 shades darker on the green that what the swatch was. They dont know how to properly lay a conch shell down in the sand. Those 2 things could have been prevented if I had been more strict about things. However I special ordered a bottle of tequila so that me and my quest can take shots and have margaritas. Once the bar was up and running we tried to order a shot and a Margarita and was told that they do not allow shots and the bartender didnt have Margarita mix. Also, me nor my bridesmaids had our IDs on us, they were all in our room that was not near the reception and it was raining out... so our coordinator said that she would let the bartender know that we were all over the age of 21 and he can serve us. Well the bartender turned one of my bridesmaids away multiple times. It was not until he got his manager so that we can handle the tequila issue (which he wasnt serving to anyone since he didnt have a mixer and couldnt do shots) and the issue on the carding that they were fixed. Other than that this place was great. The room was amazing and so was the food.

We truly appreciate the wedding coordinator services of Lori P. and the services of all of the PVIC staff who made our wedding day so special! Our wedding day was amazing – dream-like!! I’m very pleased with how everything turned out. It went very smooth with no major issues as a direct result of all of the coordination, hard-work, dedication, and outstanding service from PVIC and all others involved.

I can't say enough about how beautifully our wedding and reception turned out!! It was everything I've ever wanted... and more! ...and it rained on the day of our wedding about 2 hours before the start (good luck, right?!), so things had to be changed last-minute! Still, it all went off without a hitch! Guests STILL remark at how it was the the best wedding they've ever been to. Everyone comments on the food too--that it's the best food they've ever had at a wedding! I have to agree! Everything was PERFECT!

We had our reception there for about 15 people and it was the best food, service and venue I could ask for!! I loved the view of the beach from the room and the food was absolutely fantastic! The staff was really great as well!
