Park Avenue Bridal

I had a great time shopping for my dress at Park Avenue Bridal. Diana helped me pick out a gown that I loved. I've been to David's Bridal to pick up accessories, and didn't have a good experience there at all. A smaller shop like Park Avenue is the way to go!

Terrible! They were so sweet when I came and looked at dresses and everything else was awful. I had to call them three times to remind them that I was owed a rebate. When I called them with a concern about my dress they blew me off and basically told me I already owned the dress and there was nothing they could/would do about it. They wouldn't even help me put on my dress when I came to pick it up and nobody helped me look it over nor did they explain to me how vital it was to look it over at that time. I had a free steaming offer from them and paid someone else 70 dollars to steam my dress becuase I couldn't stand the thought of going back there.

Diana was my consultant and she was so sweet! She wasn't pushy but she listened to what I liked, she actually ending up pulling the dress I bought! I loved it! However, after I bought the dress I felt as if I was put on the back burner. Diana did a wonderful job though and I my dress was perfect.

OMG my DRESS!!!!! The most beautiful thing I've ever seen in my life. The first thing I was able to cross off my list almost a year before the wedding. I went into Park Avenue one day with my mom just to browse. After returning the next day with three favorites, I ended up walking out with the dress of my dreams purchased. The staff is AMAZING!! So friendly and attentive. Kristy was the biggest help and sweetest girl I've ever met; I wanted to Facebook friend her that day! lol ;p After trying on all the beautiful dresses (at AMAZING sale prices, might i add) that made me look like a princess, my heart kept pulling me back to my perfect Casablanca 1955; classic, elegant, and flawless. I wasn't able to see and try on my dress again until 2 weeks before the wedding (NOT due to Park Avenue in anyway. Living in another state I had the dress shipped to my Maid of Honor, so my husband couldn't peek ;p lol), needless to say, SCARY!! I was, however, beyond pleasantly surprised when, not only did it still fit perfect, but I realized after a year of seeing many other dresses, always wondering if I had chosen the right one, my breath was taken away, yet again, at the beauty of my dress. It was the one, from day one! Thank you Kristy, Diana, and the entire team at Park Avenue Bridal!!

Diana at Park Avenue Bridal was fantastic. She helped my mother and I go through several dresses and was very friendly and caring. We had such a great experience here!! Definitely recommend.

Park Avenue Bridal was amazing! The consultants and staff were wonderful to work with. I fell in love with Justin Alexander 8465 online, and Park Avenue Bridal was the only place in Jax that had this dress. They had such a great selection of other beautiful gowns! Their sample sale prices were amazing! They had $1700 dresses marked down to $300! I tried on a bunch of dresses and ended up going home with 2!

Park Avenue is wonderful to work with and Natalie is awesome! Would definitely recommend!

Joe helped me when I came into the store and did a great job helping me figure out the right dress for me. They had a great slection of accessories and I was able to get everything but my shoes there.

Wonderful people! I was shopping around for wedding dresses, and was put off by many stores because they made you feel like you were buying a used car with a high pressure sale. The women at Park Avenue Bridal truly care about their customers. They remember every detail about your wedding, and seem to be just as enthusiastic as you are about the big day! The new store in San Jose is beautiful.
