Metro Custom Cakes was AMAZING! Both of our cakes were beautiful and very reasonably priced. We changed the details a couple of times from the first meeting, and they worked with us on that. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!

If you are looking for a wedding cake then these are the people you want to go with. I have reccomended them to all my friends getting married and it was an easy sell since they got to try my cake at the wedding. It was exactly what I described and it was stunning. The cake was absolutely delicious! Thank you Metro Custom Cakes for making my day extra special.

I STILL have people telling me how delicious both the cakes were (wedding cake and grooms cake). My husband got a small taste of each when we cut the cake but then no more! People were asking for seconds at the wedding and the little that was left over from the wedding was eaten by my family before we returned from the honeymoon. Thank goodness we still have the top tier that we will be able to eat on our 1st anniversary!Also, I can't say enough nice things about Trish. She was the first cake vendor I met with and I came in there with a picture of my dress and told her I wanted to cake to reflect the dress. She was very excited about the idea and even made a mockup for me. None of the other vendors were nearly as enthusiastic about the idea (and their cake wasn't nearly as good, either!).

What can I say? Metro Cakes rock!!! The consultation was so fun and Todd and I were impressed that they made a mock up right there! We were confident in how the cake would look and taste. On top of that, they agreed to delivery the cake mid-reception which was fabulous!!! We ended up having fewer guests and still the cake was almost gone! Five stars!

I was very happy with Metro Cakes. During the planning process, we were able to provide pictures and communicate via e-mail on how we wanted our cake. They were very responsive to e-mail and was able to meet our request to add a fountain to go along with our beach theme! When I arrived to the reception I was so proud at how beautiful our cake was with the fountain! Even more importantly, the cake was delicious! I am very picky and have to say I was extremely pleased with how the cake looked and tasted. I would definitely recommend Metro Cakes!

Metro Custom Cakes made a custom groom's cake in the shape of a golf ball on a tee for my husband. Awesome!!!! My cake was goreous as well. The cakes were delicious and all my guests agreed. I couldn't be more happy with my choice of cakes.

The moistest cake I have ever had in my entire life! It was soooo yummy! The cake was perfect! I mean perfect! It didn't even look real! We had Lemon swirl with raspberry filling... YUMMY, Strawberry swirl with strawberry filling... YUMMY! But our White Chocolate Cake with Bravarian Cream... OMG UBER YUMMY! I will hire them for all my future cakes!

We decided to go with cupcakes as our wedding cake. When we first meet with Metro we were expecting about 120 guests. This fell drastically to 80 guests. They were able to create a new cupcake stand with all my colors 2 days before the wedding. I am so glad we choose them!

This would be a definite recommendation for me. Their cake is probably the most delicious cake I've ever tasted, the prices are fantastic for the quality cake you get and they are a real pleasure to work with. Because of their hours, they can be tough to reach sometimes, but well worth it. Everything else overshadows that. They are a top favorite of our vendors.

Absolutely loved the cake and the design! The husband and wife duo were great to work with! My fiance and I hit it off with them at our initial meeting and couldn't have been happier with the outcome! Great cake, great design and a great price! Would pick them again and I look forward to using them again for other functions!

After a long and arduous process of finding the right cake designer for our event, I came across Metro Customer Cakes online in Jacksonville. I wanted a Star Wars themed cake for our Groom's Cake and there in front of me was the perfect replica of the Millennium Falcon on their website! I hired them based on that cake alone. If they could make that, they could do anything. Well, Trish and Co. did not disappoint! Not only was Trish and her hubby friendly, but their cake was delicious and we were in love at first bite! Getting closer to the big day, I felt like they had everything handled and I did not worry about their part at all. I had worked with Trish via email regarding my vision for the Wedding Cake and she took care of everything, The prices were OH so affordable for such beautiful and tasty work, I wanted to shout it from the rooftops! The finished wedding cake was everything I had dreamed it would be and more. The Millennium Falcon Groom's Cake was the HIT of the reception and all of the guys were so jealous that their wives didn't get THEM a Star Wars groom's cake! I even had a video presentation before the cake was brought out and he felt like a million bucks. We could not have been happier and cannot wait to eat our cake top on our One Year Anniversary. Everyone raved about the cakes and they were the centerpiece of our evening. Thank you Trish! I only wish you were closer to Tampa so I could hire you more often! Seriously, Metro is the cream of the crop and they do not disappoint. I love this place! Thank so for helping to make our special day even more special with your amazing cakes.

The cake was the most important vendor for my husband who travels alot for work and had little time to devote to it. With one, 35 minute visit to Metro Custom Cakes and get all the informatin to choose our cake right then and there. We were able to taste all the flavors of cakes available to choose one for each of our layers, which they were more then willing to accomodate to please my husand. And I was able to choose the exact decor I was most concerned about and all of our dreams came true at such a reasonable price I was surprised. Especially considering the other weddings for my friends that I was a part of and hearing their nightmare cake stories for exorbinate prices. Metro even added a one year anniversary slice of cake to our contract so we could serve our top layer if needed. These bakers are more than willing to help every step of the way.

The staff at Metro Custom Cakes were spectacular! The taste, appearance, price and ability to be flexible to any occation was beyond words. I cannot praise enough what a pleasure it was to find such a professional, personable and kind group of people as we did with Metro Custom Cakes. I will definetly use them over and over for all my upcoming occations and will recommed them to everyone I know.Awesome Job!Thank you so very much for making my daughters day with the cake that was so tasty that there was nothing left to bring home!! They were amazing to work with. Many of my guests said it was the best wedding cake they had ever had. So moist and it turned out beautiful!

As a nervous father worried about a perfect wedding for my baby girl, Metro Cakes provided us with the most wonderful cake design that was absolutely the centerpiece of the reception. They offer so many variations of flavors and cake styles that I would never imagine existed. From the first appointment to the last bite of cake, it was a very pleasurable experience.

They were sooo wonderful and so easy to work with! I had a few things I liked that I saw on different cakes, and they helped me work it into one cake so beautifully!! I also had such a difficult color to match, one of my wedding colors was Davids Bridal's Jade. A stunning color but very hard to match, Metro Custom Cakes had no problem with working my color into the cake!! They did such a fantastic job, not only did it look gorgeous it was SO delicious! I had everyone asking me about the cake and it was one of my favorite things about my wedding! THANK YOU METRO CAKES!

So FREAKING good! Metro made my husband a CHAINSAW cake from a picture I showed them and it did not disappoint! He was so surprised because it looked so real! I highly recommend this cake shop!
