EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT!!! Mariolka was so prepared and able to make great recommendations when I was selecting my gown. I ended up picking a Maggie Sottero gown and didn't pay a crazy amount of money like the other bridal gown shops in the area. We also bought my sister's Maid of Honor dress there, and one of my bridesmaids' dresses there - she has a great, versatile selection for the bridal party!

Mariolka is wonderful. She will do payments and does alterations on site. She is also able to order the dress of your dreams if needed.

Mariolka and her husband are both very willing to work with you to find your perfect dress. They provide a very warm and friendly atmosphere.

The owners are friendly at first but once you've selected a dress from them, all the sweet talk ends. They're very rude and have hidden costs (for dress adjustments, shipping, etc.). I would NOT recommend this place to anyone..unless you want BAD service and to get RIPPED OFF!!

Me: "Hi, can you give prices for bridal gowns over the phone?"Man: "What dress?"Me: " "Man: "Umm. I think it's $1,100. I just had someone call for that one and it was $1,100-$1,200 maybe, but don't quote me on that."Me: "Ok, thank you."Man: "What other prices have you gotten? What's the lowest price you've found?"Me: "$839."Man: "And the highest?"Me: "$975."Man: "Oh, well they're selling you floor samples. Why do you keep calling then? Why don't you just order one of those?"Me: "Umm... Ok? Thank you?"Man hangs up.[[End scene]]

The owners (husband & wife) seem nice at first, but BEWARE!!! I bought my bridal gown and my four bridesmaids bought theirs dresses there as well. Mariolka and I negotiated a deal on my dress, which included alterations. The receipt had the total amount on it and deducted from it as I made payments. One week before my wedding, I was charged two hundred extra dollars and was told that this was for alterations, which they were now saying is charged by the amount altered and was not included in my original price... On the phone Mariolka hung up on me. My fiance called back the next day and said they would not refund any money and this was the amount. I would never have agreed to buy that dress if I had known the alterations were based on the amount altered. it is not my fault the dress did not come in my size AND they gave me one total price at the very beginning. There is not much you can do one week before the wedding. We had no choice but to pay it. A complaint has been filed with the BBB. DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR DRESS FROM THERE!!
