What can I say the cake was beautiful and was sooooooo GOOD!!! You are the best cake maker I have ever met. You were so helpful walking us through the decision making process and the cake tasting really helped us decide on what flavors. Keep on baking! I have already and will most definitely provide your name to anyone.

I just can't say enough about Katie's delicious cake!! Everyone at our wedding raved about the cake. Leading up to the wedding, she was flexible about the time we could meet and gave us great ideas. She didn't try to overcharge like many of the vendors I spoke with and didn't even bother meeting. The cake was there on time and it was exactly as I envisioned.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Katie (and this is certainly not the case for all of my vendors!). Katie is helpful in every way possible and is great at her job. Her cake turned out beautiful, exactly as we had envisioned, and tasted as good as it looked. Katie is always quick to answer emails or phone calls regarding any questions you may have. She was in and out of the venue quietly and professionally, and set the cake up beautifully. My mother brought me a picture of the cake while I was getting ready because she couldn't get over how great it looked! All of the guests told me they thought the cake was delicious! Five stars for Kakes by Katie!!!!

Katie was so fun to work with! Cake tasting was by far the best part of the planning process. Katie was great and let us taste like a million different types of cake! It was difficult to choose but we were able to go with a variety which our guests loved! Katie was great to work with, very easy and flexible. I would definitely recommend her, as the cake was delicious.

Katie was great! She worked with my 100 changes I made via email, only to go back to the original idea. She was quick to respond and our cake looked and tasted amazing. Great quality and great pricing!

Katie makes the best cakes in Jacksonville. So moist and tasty! The cake was a huge hit with all our guests. She created a unique and beautiful design. She responded quickly to my every thought and helped make our wedding cake dreams come true!
She set up the cake the day of the wedding and we had no issues; even with a very heavy cake topper!

Our cake was beautiful and we highly recommend the butter cream icing that melts in your mouth. Our sculpted grooms cake of a plane was perfect!!

She is amazing!!!! Her talent and abilities are phenomenal! She is very professional, very sweet and makes AMAZING cakes! Its the only part of the process my husband wanted to be involved in and he loved every second of it! She has so many varieties to chose from, and they all taste wonderful and her cakes are beautiful! We wanted something different and she made it happen for us.. Highly recommend katie!

So easy, and so good. With all the things that go along with trying to plan a wedding yourself, Katie made it a breeze! I didn't know how I wanted the cake decorated. Katie asked me a few questions, and we decided to go with a design to match the lace and pattern of my wedding dress. It turned out beautiful and tasted delicious! Great value for the money! Thanks!

Our wedding cake was as beautiful and tasted amazing! We had a multi-tiered cale with pretty much every flavor being a different flavor (we used her sour cream, chocolate, and red velvet flavors), and all my guests commented how great it was. She also coordinated with my other venders to organize delivery and decorating (we had flowers placed on our cake done by our florist). She was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her to anyone!

Katie did cupcakes for my rehearsal dinner and my wedding cake. She delivered both and time and both were beautiful. The cupcakes were amazing!!! Everyone raved about them. The wedding cake was pretty good too, but the pound cake that we choose for the bottom tier was pretty dry, which was too bad because at the tasting it was amazing! Other than that it was all perfection and I would recommend her!

Katie was great to work with! The cake was delicious! She made a 3 tier cake and 50 cupcakes for us! She had so many great options to choose from at the cake tasting! Katie did such a great job on our groom’s cake and our wedding cupcake cake. It tasted amazing and turned out beautiful. I think that was probably one of the favorite parts about our wedding. It was just so good. We couldn’t have been any happier with the details on the cupcakes for the wedding cake and our dolphin logo cake. Her pricing is great too. It’s very affordable. She was so easy to work with and did everything we asked. Thank you Katie for our delicious and beautiful cakes.

Katie was great! She was very easy to work with and was great about her communication with me. She made two cakes for me that were exactly what I had described to her and they tasted fabulous. She was very helpful and flexible when I changed my mind about things. She was also very accomodating to my crazy schedule when it came to scheduling my tasting, which I greatly appreciated. I definitely got many compliments about my cakes and they were great!

DELICIOUS cakes! At our tasting I had trouble even deciding on just 3 flavors bc they all were so delicious. Everyone at our reception raved about how great the wedding cake was. My family even requested that I bring the leftovers to our grill out the following evening :)
