Debbie was extremely helpful in helping us select the perfect engagement ring and wedding bands. She took the time to show us our diamond under the microscope, to go over everything included in our purchases. Since I bought the care plans, I can take it in and have it sized, refurbished, and plated as many times as I want. I even found what I considered to be a flaw in my ring and they exchanged it no questions asked. I love Helzberg Diamonds and will never buy jewelry anywhere else. Thanks again Debbie, you're a real gem (pun intended).

Wonderful, I love my ring and I feel like a celebrity every time I go in the store. They were very helpful and kind when we were looking for our rings. I did not feel pressured to buy anything and they let me try on every ring I asked without making me feel like I was bothering them. Very professional and well worth the money. I went in the other day to have my ring cleaned and I saw the ring I have in the case but the band on that one was wider then mine and I liked it better, the manager took it out of the case, cut off the price tag, and handed it to me no questions asked and let me trade it for the one I had been wearing for 7 months.

I bought my wedding band at Helzberg's and it was a great experience. The band is beautiful--white gold with diamonds in it and was very reasonably priced. The staff was very professional and accommodating. They rushed my ring at no extra charge to ensure that it would get to me plenty in time for the wedding.
