Our flowers were simple and elegant. They were terrific to work with and provided beautiful arrangements. The rented pedatals made the outside wedding perfect.

I was so nervous when I went in and met with Brad. We picked and discussed the flowers that I wanted. I was so nervous as to what the flowers were really going to look like on my special day. Flowers by Shirley did a wonderful job on giving me beautiful flowers for my wedding! I worked with Brad, and he was great! Any time I had a question, he answered me immediately. I didn't know what kind of flowers I wanted, so he gave me some great recommendations, and helped me choose the right flowers for my wedding. My bouquet was absolutely breathtaking! It was a mixture of white roses and hydrangeas that were tinted with color to match the bridesmaid dresses. It was beautiful and the flowers lasted a very long time! I still have it at home. The bridesmaid bouquets were also beautiful. I loved the centerpieces Brad helped me to create. They were exactly what I wanted, and made the reception hall beautiful and elegant. I received many compliments on the flowers and centerpieces. I would highly recommend them for your wedding!

I had a very small budget for flowers so I was very nervous about what I would end up with. I could not have been more happy with what I got. Brad walked me through the coolers to show me all the different types of flowers and worked around my likes and dislikes. He really listened to me because the day of when I picked them up I was absolutely floored! They were so gorgeous! It's like he took my vision and perfected it. I also purchased orchids for my centerpieces at a proce cheaper than the silk flowers would have been. Everyone thought I spent so much on the flowers...but that'll be our little secret.

Flowers by Shirley was great to work with. We decided not to use flowers for our centerpieces and they were not pushy at all. We only needed bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages and they were very happy to meet those needs. Not only did they meet our needs but they were also able to incorporate my grandmothers' rosary and brooch into my bouquet which were very special mementos for me on my wedding day. They were very reasonably priced and the flowers were delivered on time with no issues at all. I would highly recommend Flowers by Shirley.

Flowers by Shirley provided the most BEAUTIFUL flower arrangements for my wedding! I just provided them with the colors, and let them choose the flowers and styles of arrangements. I'm so glad I did - they were stunning, and they stayed well within my budget. They came out to the site and arranged everything for a nominal fee. I am so glad I chose them. You will be too!

Flowers by Shirley did an amazing job on our wedding flowers. The flowers were exactly what we wanted and more. If you are having a St. Augustine wedding, this is the best place to go. We were extremely pleased. Well worth the money!

Flowers lasted about 2 weeks after the wedding. Worked within my budget. Honesty and friendly people.

Overall my flowers looked beautiful. There were a few small touches that I asked for that they were not open to. For example, I wanted pearl strands draping from the base of the flowers- they said they could not order them. Also, they changed quite a bit from what we discussed at the appointment- so I was a little taken back from that.

When I first started my search for flowers I went to a local florist. They quoted me pricing for what I had asked and were very nice. I wanted to make sure I was getting the best price, so I shopped around. When I met with Barry from Flowers By Shirley he exceeded my expectations. Not only was he very inviting and friendly, he was also Very knowledgable and gave us suggestions based on our vision. In addition to these things, they also beat the other vendors pricing by over $100 dollars. The outcome was nothing short of amazing. The bouquets were impeccable (bride and bridesmaids) and the additional arrangements we had for the ceremony exceeded what I even thought they could be. Barry was a life saver! I planned my wedding from out of state and had one weekend to make all of my initial arrangements. I went to two other florists and was so disappointed. When I went to the cake shop, I expressed my frustration with my search for a good florist and they recommended Flowers by Shirley. I called them immediately, and they were able to squeeze me in that same day. I told Barry my vision, while explaining that I knew absolutely nothing about flowers. Barry was so patient and walked me through the entire process. I asked him to be very open and share his opinion, and he helped me pick the perfect arrangements. He even suggested flowers that looked prettier and were less expensive. When I altered my color scheme after seeing a picture online, Barry helped me rearrange everything via e-mail. I loved my flowers and centerpieces, and my now husband loved the price. Barry respected the fact that I had a specific dollar amount that I wanted to stick to with flowers, and he actually went under. Other florists went over our budget by a few hundred.

Barry was fantastic! He went through all of my flower choices and really listened to what I wanted and what would work best. I was so happy with him!! I thought that they wouldn't be able to handle what I wanted because their website wasn't that helpful and they seemed to only be able to do normal arrangements but I was more than pleasantly surprised.

My flowers were gorgeous! I did my own centerpieces, so the flowers were only for the girls and the cake and I was so happy with the way everything turned out! Price wise, they were cheaper than Sally's Roses and a lot more professional.

Really willing to work with ALL of my crazy needs. My parents lived out of town and so we basically had 2 meetings to set up and pick ALL the flowers. other than that, everything was done by email- crazy, but it all came out perfect in the end!!! Far exceeded my expectations :)

Flowers by Shirley was recommended to me by another bride, whose florist had gone out of business 1 week before the wedding. Shirley's came to her rescue and did a fabulous job. For my wedding, I knew that I wanted simple with a lot of color. The people at Shirley's were very helpful with suggestions and ideas. When I couldn't quite visualize it, they ordered in a few of the flowers and showed me houw it would look. I was very happy.

Very attentive. knowledable, and detail oriented. They were also very flexible with us- we bought our own vases and had very specific instructions on how to build our centerpieces. All our floral arrangements turned out sensational.

Barry was a pleasure to work with. He was always very personable and ready to please with flower requests. I had a special request for my bouquet and he made it happen with the distributor even though my wedding was outside the usual three week peak window for the flower. The guys boutoneirs and the mother/grandmother label pins came out really well. The bridesmaids bouquets were not exactly what I had envisioned but lovely all the same. When in the shop I fell in love with some antique looking bird feeders and Barry graciously lent them to us for the wedding and hid them in his office so no one would purchase them in the meantime! Good value for all arrangements and they all really popped in the photos.

Barry at flowers by Shirley made my wedding! I knew my flowers would be pretty but I was not expecting the drop dead gorgeous bouquets / centerpieces I received. I walked in and my jaw dropped. I have never seen anything more beautiful in my whole life. The prices were extremely reasonable. The final product looked like I had spent 10-15 grand on my flowers and I had spent a fraction of that. I am an extremely picky person. I have the highest standards of taste in decor. I would not of changed a thing! I don't know what else to say except Barry made my wedding. My wedding would of been plain and unremarkable if it had not been for the flowers. My guests are still raving about the flower arrangements. If you do everything else wrong in your wedding make sure you hire Barry at flowers by Shirley. No matter what else goes wrong your flowers by him will overshadow anything negative. Thanks Flowers by Shirley!!!!!!!!!

I would not recommend this vendor. From the moment that we walked into the flower shop, we were barely greeted and then when I tried ask a question, they explicility told me that they couldn't help me until I made an appointment. I asked for pictures of flowers to look at so I could get an idea, but even that was a challenge to get from them. When I left, I went on-line to see I could order my flowers easier there; however, the website was very disorganized. So, I finally made an appointment and met with a lady who was absolutely rude and neglectful in helping me with ideas and listening to my opinions. She also treated me like I was bothering her by asking pertinent questions about flowers. When I did ask specific questions, she only pointed to items in the book. She would not help me put together what I was envisioning. I told her my colors were plum and platinum and she repeatedly pointed out the same picture of pink flowers that I told her that I did not want. When we finally got the flowers, they were exactly as she wanted and not what I actually ordered. I was very disappointed and would not recommend anyone to this vendor or at least to this representative. The owner sat right next to us and did not intervene at anytime.
