Epping Forest Yacht Club

Epping is the most beautiful venue. Everyone involved with their wedding process is super professional, responsive, and they make the whole process THAT much easier. Our wedding was in the morning outside, and it was perfectly gorgeous. Mary is a wonderful coordinator. I would highly recommend Epping.

Mary Daoud was absolutely wonderful to work with. Everything aspect was handled professionally and I did not have to worry about anything when I arrived. In addition, the venue is beautiful.

Epping Forest is a beautiful venue to have any event, party, or wedding. It was raining the day of our [originally planned] outdoor ceremony. Our event coordinator moved the ceremony in-doors, but about 1 hour before the beginning of the ceremony the rain cleared up. We changed the wedding back outside but in a different spot (about 100 - 150 feet) away from the originally planned ceremony location, due to the wet lawn. EFYC moved the 175 seat ceremony outside in about 1 hour, my wife had a personal assistant throughout the entire wedding ceremony, and the staff is wonderful. All of my guest praised the EFYC for their excellent service. I would recommend this location to everyone who is planning an event. My wedding was on the large side so it was expensive, but the value of a great wedding and no stress was worth it.

Epping Forest Yacht Club was the first location I looked at, and the only place in Jacksonville I found that gave me the one on one service I was looking for on my wedding day. Jessica and Dan waited until the last possible minute to make a weather call on the outdoor ceremony and because of their flexibility when the clouds parted an hour before my ceremony they were ready to go. I was given a bridal attendant, who was wonderful, she was there to hold my flowers and carry my train when ever I needed, allowing my Matron of Honor to really enjoy the party. Jessica worked with my mother and myself to make the reception room look just right, and she helped me pull off the cutest surprise groom's cake I have ever seen! The location was beautiful, the staff was EXCEPTIONAL, and the over all wedding was beyond my expectations! My guests as well as myself were blown away by the food and service, and I have had numerous people tell me it was the best wedding they had ever been too.

Epping Forest was the perfect location for my dream wedding. The natural scenery is gorgeous! Any time I had a question (silly as it may have been) I got an immediate response from Jessie and Dan. Epping Forest is the complete package, the food was the best I have EVER had at a wedding, and that sentiment was echoed by all of my guests. The cake was delicious and it looked incredible as well. Jessie and Dan made sure on the day of my wedding everything was taken care of. There wasn't a detail that was forgotten and it made the day stress free. I can't speak highly enough of what a great experience we had, and how much I appreciate Jessie and Dan and their entire staff. If I had to tell anyone where the perfect venue is for a wedding, it would be Epping Forest.

I LOVED having my wedding at Epping Forrest Yacht Club. Their service was spectacular, their outdoor ceremony area was breathtaking and Allison is the most amazing Catering Manager (that says a lot coming from a Catering Manager myself). I received the wedding of my dreams and more. Never have I had such attentive staff. The food was prepared to perfection. I would recommend Epping Forrest anyday of the week. If I could have a wedding there again - I would in a heart beat!!!

We had our rehearsal dinner here and it was wonderful. A beautiful venue and delicious food. Highly recommend it!
