I loved working with Edgewood bakery. Their wedding cake consultant helped us in designing the perfect wedding cake and had samples ready immediately for us to try. The cake arrived on time and beautiful!

Wonderful job! My cake was perfect! The truck was rearended on the way to the wedding and they had to take the cake back to the bakery to be fixed. You couldnt even tell and they still made it to the wedding on time! Couldnt have asked for better service!

My wedding cake was absolutely amazing! I went to Edgewood Bakery without a clear idea of what I wanted my cake to look like and by the time I left, I had a sketch of my cake and couldn't wait until the big day! It was so beautiful and elegant and delicious! I've already planned to get my birthday cake from there just so I can taste it again.

Erica with Edgewood Bakery was in charge and the main baker for my wedding and groom's cake. She made a 4-tier wedding cake for 250 guests and a beautiful custom train groom's cake that served about 80 guests. The were both beautiful and delicious. You don't know how many times i have had wedding cake that was dry and tasted old. Not the case at my wedding! They were so moist and so many people complimented us especially on the 3D train cake! Edgewood bakery literally saved me from the disaster that was Publix bakery in Riverside 3 weeks before my wedding. I knew the bakery manager at publix in Riverside and she was going to do my cake. I knew she would have done an excellent job, but she was transfered to another location and honestly when I went in under the new Manager, that bakery was a disaster. They had lost my contact info and couldn't even find the price sheet since they said the price of their cakes had gone up. It was at that moment I walked. Figured if they couldn't find their own prices, they probably couldn't find my venue around the corner either. When I went in to Edgewood Bakery to have my tasting, and to see if they could save the day under a very short timeline I was blown away at how much better the cake tasted. For the SAME price as publix I got so much more. My cake was gorgeous and tasted a million times better. I only wish I could have been there when the cake was delivered to thank them for the beautiful job that they had done.

Edgewood Bakery did an amazing job on our wedding & grooms cakes and they turned out exactly how I invisioned they would. We had the wedding pound cake & red velvet cake tiers w/ buttercream icing; there wasn't a single slice of the red velvet left! They also made my husbands grooms cake (chocolate cake)which was a pair of chuck taylors (converse hightops) and it turned out fabulous! All I did was bring them a picture and they were able to reproduce it needless to say it was a big hit! Edgewood Bakery is the BEST bakery in town and I highly recommend them for all of your dessert needs.

Edgewood Bakery is an award winning bakery. If you get a chance to visit the store, make sure you treat yourself to some of their smaller goods (cookies and pastries). The back hallway is lined with trophies from competitions they have won.
Our experience with them was great. Publix seemed to discourage us from having filling in our 3-tiered cake for fear of collapse during transport. Edgewood, however, seemed to have never heard of such a problem. We were unable to meet with the designer as we were planning our wedding from Boston but Erika was really easy to work with over the phone, fax, and email. The cake looked better than we thought it would and our guests loved the way it tasted. Delivery was right on time. And the price was way below what it could have been.

The cake was beautiful, and the consult was great. They were very flexible with ideas. I ended up choosing something more minimal and modern, which actually makes the cake a little harder to decorate because the icing has to be very uniform, and the cake came out flawless. I just wish I had the opportunity to eat more of it!

Edgewood Bakery was wonderful. We were very indecisive when it came to deciding what we wanted our cake to look like but they were very flexible to help us with our ideas! Wedding cake and grooms cake looked beautiful and tasted wonderful!! Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Edgewood Bakery for any bride!
I had a 3 tier cake with strawberry filling and as a grooms cake they made a golf ball for the groom, super cute. My only complaint is that i didn't get my own piece becasue we were busy mingling; I will just have to order another one!

Very friendly staff, amazing work, very creative! The cake was amazing! They exceeded every expectation and price was very reasonable (much more so than Sheilas). Very flexible as they agreed to deliver on a Sunday, which they said they don't usually do. Would recommend over Sheila's any day.

Edgewood Bakery is absolutely fantastic! I met with them 6 months before the wedding and discussed the cake. They prepared all the different cakes and fillings for us to taste. I had a design picked out from a picture and they were able to pull it off perfectly, I think it was actually prettier than the one in the picture! They also did a custom groomscake for my husband. He is a wildlife biologist and loves waterfowl, so they sculpted and designed a cake in the shape of his favorite bird. It was so realistic and unique! We received SO many compliments on our cakes. I would recommend Edgewood to anyone looking for a beautiful and great tasting cake. Marge was very helpful.

Edgewood Bakery was absolutley wonderful! I ripped a picture of a cake out of a magazine and took it to them to see if they could make it... and they did! It looked exactly like the picture. We decided on the white wedding cake with rapsberry filling and butter cream icing. It was absolutely amazing. Everyone at my wedding complimented us on how beautiful the cake was and how good it tasted. Since our wedding, we have used them on two other occasions, and every time, the cake is perfect!
