Let me just off by saying that my wedding venue has their own caterers with special priced menus but I opted to go with Hope at D'Vine Cuisine instead. I found Hope with the help of my wedding planner. From just the first 5 minutes of our conversation, I knew I would book Hope. I already knew her food was amazing from all the other people in the wedding business, but it was Hope's personality that sold me. She is so genuinely sweet and you can just tell the passion she has for her food. I knew she would prepare my wedding dinner like it was hers. I entrusted Hope to put together the menu believing she knows what she makes best. I told her the things we liked and sure enough at the tasting, we were floored by how delicious everything was. On the wedding day, I didn't get to see Hope much but her team was so professional and courteous to the guests. Everyone raved about how great the service was and how amazing everything tasted. People were willing to try things out of their realm because everything tasted so good. Our friends are still raving about the crabcakes, stuffed shrimp, beef tenderloin, salmon mousse, crab won tons, etc. And our friends as well as we are major foodies! They thought we paid a fortune for the food but Hope's prices are extremely reasonable! D'Vine Cuisine was such a joy to work with. Amazing food and outstanding service! They definitely delivered! I will definitely refer them to my friends and anyone getting married. And will definitely hire them for future parties, gatherings for my business!

When we met Hope we fell in love and were so excited to work with her... throughout the whole process she was excited, respectful and helpful and flexible. She was extremely creative and worked well with me... she was the ONLY vendor I was not worried about. Her food and prices were valuable. I wish the story ended well. AT the wedding everything fell apart. The service was TERRIBLE!!!! First the fruit and cheese table was NOTHING like it was shown to us in pictures as a beautiful creative table, instead it was a small table my grandma could have set up. We paid extra for this coffee table due to my husband is in LOVE with coffee. THroughout the ENTIRE night the coffee and coffee cups continued to run out...and you would think the servers know that... nope the guests continued to have to tell the servers, who would get irritated with the guests on the constant reminders. My husband went twice for coffee... always out. AND they had to run to publix during the ceremony to buy more!!!!! We had a sit down dinner... and the bridal table was NOT taken care of at all. I (bride) did not receive a drink until I flagged down one of the servers. Serving the food was a MESS!!! They started with the bridal table and served 3 salads out of 8 and started serving another table!!!! Then.. we did not get dressing for the salads until 10min AFTER we were served salads! There was no rhyme or reason to the serving... There was our table who got served and the table RIGHT next to us was one of the LAST table to be served and a middle table was the very last. It took FOREVER to serve all tables!! There were 14 tables of 8-9 people and 11 servers. Not to mention all the kitchen staff... so lack of servers is NOT the answer. The servers were all teenagers which may have been part of the problem. Hope and her daughter were VERY sweet and they all did help so much cleaning up in the end... but the organization was a HUGE mess! THe food tasted good but very small portions and the presentation was lacking. I guess overall Hope is an amazing woman, and GREAT to work with... if you take a risk going with her be SURE every single detail is discussed and IN writing. The shady thing is, I emailed her a VERY nice letter after the wedding asking if something happened that caused such poor service and explaining my concerns and she NEVER responded, which was un-professional. I hate to write this because she really is great... but if I were a bride I would think twice, unless the food does not matter that much!!!!!

I had a brunch wedding at 10:30AM, so I had to find someone that could handle the task (the venue didn't have a caterer available). With SOO many options, I found that it truly comes down to customer service and quality...both of which were STELLAR with d'Vine cuisine. Hope (owner) and I hit it off right away and soon became Facebook friends! I told her my budget and she made a menu to fit it perfectly, providing options for guests with special diets (no extra work for me). The food was absolutely delicious, even my picky mother loved it! She went above and beyond, providing me and my new husband with our own server, detailed butter placement (seriously, so creative!), and a super friendly staff. I highly recommend this vendor to ALL brides!

Hope and her staff did an amazing job at our wedding at the Oldest House in Saint Augustine. They were all such a pleasure to work with. She really keeps the flow going and the food was delicious! My guests loved the food and the presentation!

Hope, her staff and her food were amazing. From the first proposal to the end, she was always a professional. The menu was custom fit to every request made. Everything was perfect!!!! Compliments flowed all evening. The shrimp and grits in the martini glasses were a huge hit!! Her attention to every detail is very refreshing. THANK YOU!!

Hope at D’Vine Cuisine was a real pleasure to work with throughout our whole wedding process. She was not only extremely professional, but also so sweet and understanding of the fact that we were planning long distance. She was easy to get in touch with and worked so hard to make our reception perfect. The food was outstanding!!! The shrimp and grits were amazing, and she served them in martini glasses, which was so fun. Our guests raved about both the appetizers (particularly the brie) and the entrees. I can’t say enough about her or her food or would definitely recommend her for any event!

Everything about our experience with Hope and her team was just fantastic! I have several friends coming up getting married and I have already handed out the referrals! They just did an amazing job with the food, decorations, and clean up. My husband said at the end of the night, "I didn't even see the caterers here!" The shrimp mango salsa is just to die for!

Hope is absolutely amazing! She catered my wedding in October 2009 and went above and beyond what I expected! She was a pleasure to work with from our first meeting all the way through to the end of the wedding. She worked with me to create a menu that fit my budget and brought along a great team of people to make sure that my wedding went flawlessly. People are still complimenting me on the food. They couldn't beleive that they got that great tasting food at a wedding! Hope even put together a basket with a little bit of everything including a slice of cake to bring with us to our honeymoon suite! I simply can not rave enough about how great my experience was. She is the only caterer that I will use from now on!

Hope was extremely great to work with. I gave her my budget and she was very flexible and created a menu just for me. She was so friendly and professional throughout the entire process. She went the extra mile to make my rehearsal dinner a great event. I was able to drop all of my alcohol and decorations off to her before hand. She had everything in place before we arrived. When walking into our event space I was blown away by the way it was all set up. It was perfect. And the food was amazing. We couldn't stop talking about it while we were eating. If you're looking for a reliable and affordable caterer then Hope with d'Vine Cuisine should be your choice.

Hope was amazing!After we had been bailed on by the first vendor we had chosen, Hope was recommended to me by a bride on a community wedding board. At our first meeting she impressed me with her professionalism, and creativity (she had her pictures ready to show us!) One of her first questions was about allergies- she took the food allergies of our guests (and my mom) very seriously, setting aside a separate plate for her at the reception - which I appreciated greatly. She was also very conscious of the sanitation of certain foods (did you know that melon is one of the worst foods as far as bacteria goes if it's out for too long?) At the wedding, the food was AMAZING- I'm still hearing compliments about it 4 months later. We did a "country" kind of dinner with shrimp n' grits (we went to Charleston for our honeymoon and hers were better than theirs) a mashed potato bar (they served it in martini glasses) and turkey with cranberry chutney. I wish she had a restaurant that I could get it at again!Her and her staff made a basket for my husband and I to take with us for the wedding night (since the bride and groom don't actually get to eat at the wedding...) And when we went to cut the cake, I realised that we didn't actually have the cake cutter I had bought, but Hope had one!She was a pleasure to work with, we stayed within our budget, and her food was amazing. She was by far one of my favorite people to work with throughout my wedding.

Hope was an absolute life saver. We hired her at the last moment due to an increase in our wedding party and I have no idea Hope would make the process so easy. She was on time with everything from the initial proposal to the big day. Her food was amazing and I would have never imagined we would get that qualoity for the price. Hope has worked for other catering companies here in JAcksonville and is just starting off which is why we got quality and value for such an amazing price. Hope even did research on my home country, the Dominican Republic, so that she could infuse some of the food with our style. The display of the buffet was breathtaking. Hope really went above and beyond for us and that is why I recomend her to every bride that crosses my path. Amazing job!

I searched for months trying to find the perfect caterer to have at my wedding reception and finally I stumbled across d'Vine Cuisine. Hope was the answer to all of my catering prayers! She made planning my reception a breeze. I'm so lucky to have found such a wonderful and talented person to help plan one of the most important days of my life. I had three "action stations" with chefs behind each one preparing the food right in front of you. It was amazing! And the taste of everything was honestly the best I've ever had. It was the biggest hit of the whole day. I still have people comment on how awesome the food was at my wedding. There is no doubt that I would recommend Hope for all of your catering needs!

I chose to use d'Vine Cuisine for my engagement party. I wanted a tropical/Caribbean theme and Hope put together an excellent menu. Beyond that, the food was set up beautifully and the was extremely friendly. EVERYONE loved it. I think the biggest hit was two Chocolate fountains. I have since recommended d"Vine Cuisine to my best friend, who is using them for her rehearsal dinner. I am sure Hope will do another amazing job. AND THE BEST PART...I will be able to enjoy her food again!
