Deerwood country club

Deerwood Country Club: If you are looking for a venue that provides all your needs, Deerwood also provides ceremonies. They have a beautiful lawn on the greens in the back of the club over looking the golf course and pond. Inside ceremonies are also accommodated. They are a very elegant venue, very classy and professional. Their pricing is also comparable to many other venues. Very beautiful large stone patio, grand room, and landscaping.

Overall, I can't complain about the day of the ceremony and the reception. The food was ok- don't expect anything exceptional, it's a country club. Compared to the other clubs in town, Deerwood is a good value. They were available to meet on Saturday, which is nice. The coordinator is not good with email, you have to be very specific and stay on her. Also, she leaves at 2 pm, which no one told us until we booked and we had no idea why she was so hard to get in touch with. We had a few issues with the pastry chef, but ultimately I got the cake I wanted. It may be a rough planning process but everything works out perfectly in the end. At the reception, the staff was very attentive and even sent us off with wedding cake.

This is a beautiful venue for a reception. I have nothing but positive words to say about this country club. The staff was incredibly helpful in planning the reception and was there at my beckon call during the reception. They were absolutely fabulous and very willing to work with me. So great in fact, 2 other people from my family have had their reception there.
