The only good that came out of this place was my amazing dress! I've never liked the dresses in David's Bridal, but I instantly fell in LOVE with one I saw in there and had to have it. Unfortunately the alteration ladies were always acting inconvenienced by me so that was frustrating. They also altered my dress to fit me far too tight but it was too close to the wedding for me to bother with it.The service in general was horrible. If I never have to go back in that place again I will happy.

The person who helped us was new to the job, and insisted I put on some ridiculous undergarments without asking me whether I wanted to. The longer I stayed, the more I realized I knew more about bridal attire than she did (and I didn't know much!). I was a very laid back bride and never complain about anything, but I just want future brides to be aware that not everyone knows what they are doing at bridal stores, so just be vocal and ask for someone else if you're not happy with whoever they pair you with. Other than that, the dress I found was gorgeous and you couldn't beat the price!

I was beyond satisfied with the dress and shoes I found at David' Bridal. Both were perfect. I was hoever very annoyed with the service. Both the sales rep ad alteration person I had didn't seem to be very personable. My sales rep would pull my dress from behind and hold it to show how slimming it was on my waist yet when I took it for alterations I was told that this is something they are taught to do to make the sale. In reality wedding dresses are taken in from the sides not that back so the slimming look I saw when it was purchased couldn't be achieved with alterations. I became upset with the woman doing my alteration because she kept bring up my "muffin tops" from being busty in my dress. Well that's why I need alterations isn't it?

Over all in the end i was very happy. But if you go in to try on dresses you will be pressured to buy. My rep was awesome, but i visited other stores where people were rude and could care less what i had to say unless it was "i'll take it" Some dresses are pretty expensive but you can find a beautiful dress for pretty reasonable.

Lady made me try a dress one I didn't want and it was the most perfect dress in the world! It was the best price and I had enough money left over to buy a veil and overprices (but beautiful) flowers for my hair. Alterations made bustle recommendations based on price, and hassled me over my choice, and when I picked up the dress it was dirty and they had to reclean it. In the end, everything was perfect though.

This was great. My consultant helped out with so much. She helped match my wedding gown with the bridesmaids. She also made sure they were appropriate for my wedding type. The company mailed my dress for a very low cost from Florida to NY. The dress arrived in Great Shape. It was a great to work with this company.

I loved my dress and I think my bridesmaids dresses were great, but the cost of alterations was ridiculous and sometimes the employees had an attitude problem.

did not like that they wanted to presure me into getting my dress hem, if i wanted a short dress i would have purchase a short dress.then after i assit that i didn't want my dress shorter they lady got short attitude with me and just didnt want to help me anymore. i had to go ask what type slip and bra i need so i can buy them then, she didnt show me differant kinds, just thew it on floor and walk away.

I will never shop here again! Everything with my dress was fine but the screwed up everthing about my bridesmaids dresses for ordering the wrong dresses, then the wrong sizes, not doing the alterations and trying to tell us they did, and again ordering the wrong size for my maid of honor and not fixing it. The manager Tasha was awesome but the mistakes really overshadowed the service. Go to Alfred Angelo. Wish I did. (Regency Store)

I love my dress! I had a wonderful dress shopping experience! I had not intention of buying one from David's Bridal. I was just going to appease my mom. The 2nd dress I tried on, turned red & started happy crying!! I LOVED IT! Christine was the sales woman that helped me & she was wonderful!!!!The alterations lady was a little rude, but she did a good job.

I purchased my wedding dress at the Davids Bridal by Regency Square Mall. They were always so helpful! All my bridesmaids ordered their dresses through davids bridal and had no problems!!!! Wonderful! If you go in to look around ask for Britian (like the country) she is AWESOME!!!

I got my dress at David's Bridal at the Avenues. I wanted something simple yet elegant and found the perfect dress! They altered the dress on site and did a great job. I visited other bridal shops aroudn jacksonville and found that most were very snobby towards me and my maid of honor. I went back to David's and purchased my dress. We even got the maid of honor dress there as well. They have a great variety to chose from.

I absolutely and completely LOVE the dress that I found at David's Bridal. I felt like a princess at my wedding. And the price was great too! The altering was well done too and was done quickly.

I found the PERFECT invitations on davidsbridal.com. I fell head over heels for them and knew they would be perfect with my style of wedding. It was fairly easy to place the order online. I made the mistake of ordering way too many. However, when the invitations came, the monogram was a different font then I ordered and the spacing of the wording was completely messed up! I called and they were really concerned about getting me what I had ordered and did a great job of mailing them to my house on time. So, overall the quality of the invitations were great, it was just the mess up that upset me.

I must say they were helpful. But the way they had me working with one person, which I liked, and then switching me to another one right when I was about finished wasn't very pleasing to me.

When you walk in the store they ask if you have an appointment. They really don't like you to "look around." The overall attitude you get when you come in is snarky as if they own some posh boutique not an "off the rack" chain store. HOWEVER, they were helpful when an alterations company messed up my dress, even though its their policy not to touch it. I did cry - I think that helped me. We had to put up a fight when my dress no longer fit upon arrival but after lots of arguing it was exchanged, against company policy. Ultimately, just remember YOU PAY FOR THE DRESS - NOT THE SERVICE.

I know many women have strong negative opinions of David's Bridal, but I think the first thing to keep in mind is that they are a chain so obviously service can be hit or miss depending on which location you visit and how busy they are (they have to deal with hundreds of more brides every day compared to a smaller boutique). That said, I personally had a great experience with the DB at the Avenues on Southside Blvd. I actually went there as a last resort because I had already visited almost every bridal shop in 3 different cities and still couldn't find anything I loved at a price point I could afford. It's best to visit during the week because they can be swamped on weekends which means you probably won't receive the same level of personal attention. Both of my consultants were excellent and spent a lot of time helping me. Fortunately I found the dress of my dreams (a beautiful lace Oleg Cassini), and it arrived in about 3 weeks so I didn't have to wait long. Even my seamstress commented that it was made very well so I have no complaints there. Overall, I had a good experience with DB and would recommend them to other brides on a budget.

My wedding dress came out amazing.. i didn't spend a lot on anything but my dress because im poor. and i was very satisfied
