Couture Wedding

Among all of our wedding vendors she is the only one that we had a problem with. It is hard to get hold of her. I even had to contact the vendor she sub-contracted to do my invites and programs to make sure she got the approved proof. We also didn't like how she used the wordings "your order was jinxed". It is unprofessional and not a nice word to say to a customer. Although we had a problem with the texts in my wedding programs and was not exactly what we ordered, the invitations and programs turned out to be really nice. We actually got a lot of compliments. We also felt rushed which we never experience with all of our other wedding vendors but her. I had to buy a last minute wedding guest book because the complimentary guest book was delivered later on that day before the wedding, it is ridiculous to be worrying about a guest book the day before my wedding.

Liz at Couture Weddings created the most GORGEOUS custom aisle runner and table runners for our wedding. They were a huge hit and EVERYBODY was asking where we bought them.She was SO responsive and easy to work with. Although in FL (we're in NY) her work was finished fairly promptly and shipped with extra care.Her work added a total "custom" look to our wedding!!! Thanks, Liz!
