Coastal Celebrations was amazing to work with when planning my wedding long distance. They thought of all the details and had everything so well organized. Not only did they answer all my questions, but my mothers, mother in laws, sister, & sister in laws! Our special day was perfect and stress free. I could not have done it without them.

We debated whether or not we needed a coordinator, but after speaking with Lindsay a few months before the wedding, we decided to hire her. I don't know how we could have done it with out her! Our ceremony was on the beach at Anastasia State Park and the reception was at the White Room. She organized and ran our wedding rehearsal perfectly, arranged trolley transportation for the guests, created a very detailed day-of timeline, coordinated and confirmed details with all of our vendors, delivered information packets to hotels for guests, and set up all of our personal decor and pictures at the reception. We hired a pedi-cab company to pick us up after the reception and when they didn't show up, Lindsay grabbed a horse and carriage off the street and paid for it our of her pocket. At the end of the night, Lindsay and her team delivered all gifts and personal belongings to our rental house. Lindsay went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. We were truly able to relax and enjoy the day knowing she had things under control. No need to debate this decision. Hire Lindsay. It will be the best wedding decision you make!! We recommend her...

Coastal Celebrations was incredibly instrumental in making our wedding weekend everything we wanted and more! We wanted to get married in St. Augustine but live 6 hours away so we decided to hire a wedding planner and that was best planning decision we made. Our rehearsal dinner location went out of business about 6 weeks prior and then our back up cancelled 3 hours before the event!! Both times Lindsay had solutions for me at the same time she told me the news. Lindsay was on top of everything from reminder emails to facing our rehearsal dinner challenges head on. I would recommend Coastal Celebrations to anyone getting married in the St. Augustine/Jacksonville area!

Lindsay and Andrea were wonderful! They had so many ideas throughout the planning process and were quick to answer any little question I had. On the wedding day they were so helpful, remained calm, and were prepared for anything. My wedding day was absolutely perfect because of them. I have nothing but amazing memories from my big day. I couldn't have done it without them. I would definitely recommend going with Coastal Celebrations, you won't regret it!

I would recommend Coastal Celebrations to any couple seeking assistance with their wedding. We used the officiant services and they were prompt in response and feedback, on time, professional, and flexible. They helped me out in a pinch when my original officiant proved to be unreliable.

5 Stars aren't enough to fully rate Coastal Celebrations. These ladies were beyond exceptional in all areas. I could not have asked for more from this company, Lindsay and Andrea made my wedding day the most amazing day ever.

My wedding planner Lindsey O. from Coastal Celebrations did an amazing job. She had cute ideas & an answer for all my questions. She worked with my budget & I dont know what I would have done without her. She made everything stress free & easy. She went above & beyond what was asked of her with a smile on her face. She always got back to me very quickly & never dropped the ball with anything. She was very personable & you can tell she loves her job. She made this experience even better than I could of imagined. I honestly dont know what I would of done without her. I am so thankful I had her help & would highly reccomend her to every bride to be!

Coastal Celebrations was everything that I was expecting and more.The girls were very helpful, kind and were a pleasure to work with. My husband and I were very satisified with the work that the girls did. When we met with them the couple times, we told them what we wanted the recepetion to look like and when I walked for the first time it was everything that we talked about and more. I could not have imagined doing my wedding without the help of Lindsay at Coastal Celebrations! She was super friendly, organized, and professional. I was so much less stressed knowing she was taking care of the details. She is a perfectionist with getting things done but really easy to get along with which is the perfect combination for your wedding! Definitely worth the investment!
