Madelin and Miriam are wonderful. I had gone to several other bridal shops in town, but the personal attention I recieved from them was exceptional. The dress I ended up choosing was a Casablanca design that I found in another store, but I had such a good experience with Madelin that I wanted to get my dress from her. She is able to order any design from Casablanca and have it shipped to the store. When it comes to alterations, Miriam is like my fairy godmother. She was able to change the sillouette of my dress from an A-line to a fit and flare in minimal amount of time. My dress was perfect and I would highly reccommend this shop to anyone! They made the process of finding my dress the least stressful part of planning my wedding!

Found a beautiful dress right off the rack and they had the best service of any of the bridal boutiques I visited.

After visiting several local dress shops and not having very many satisfying experiences, from rude, pushy saleswomen, to unconcerned saleswomen that asked me why I wasn't in the dress yet, we finally stopped into Bridals and More and never wanted to go anywhere else. Miriam and Madeline were beyond gracious, warm, helpful, endearing, and more. I think Miriam cried every time I did during this process! There was never a question or worry about what she could do.. it was always "We will make it work and it will be perfect...don't worry!" I was extremely nervous to purchase my dress because the neckline was a plunging sweetheart. Miriam could sense my despair when I said I could not wear it like this. She assured me she could completely rebuild to top to make it a subtle sweetheart that would calm my modesty fears. When I arrived at my first fitting 8 months after purchasing the dress, Miriam has surprised me with the top rebuilt and it was PERFECT! It looked as if the dress was made that way. All of my alterations were flawless and she didn't flinch when I came back for my second fitting and she had to take in my lace dress again. I also called the week before my wedding needing a last minute alteration to my rehearsal dinner dress...she did it without question. She did all the alterations to my mother's dress, as well. I did everything there... I bought my dress off the rack, had major alterations, an emergency fitting, and rehearsal dinner dress fix. All this without any panic or fear. There was no high pressure sales drama, just a sincere effort to make this once in a lifetime event the best it could be. If I could get married again, just to have this experience with these ladies again, I would! It was, crazily, my least concerning part of the wedding planning process, thanks to them. I cannot say enough good things about this shop or the lovely women behind it and I don't know how anyone could consider anywhere else before trying them first! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!

I got my gown at Bridals & More, who were absolutely wonderful to work with. When I was originally trying on gowns, I felt like they were the only ones that gave me an honest opinion (all the other stores said that every gown I tried on looked great, even if I didn't think it did). They were very attentive and fun, and even remembered me when I came to the fitting of my dress 4 months after I ordered it (the gowns are made to order). They were also able to help my customize my own gown. I requested some color combination changes where I had a white gown with a very subtle ivory accent, so it truly made it feel like I had my perfect dress. They have a wide variety of dresses to try on, and made finding "the dress" the most fun in my wedding planning process. They also did my alterations, which were also wonderful; I was able to breath even though it was a strapless dress, which I know can feel like an issue with some dresses. It was very personable and I would recommend them to anyone!

I picked out my dress in November and found out I was pregnant in December. I didn't need many alterations however, I wouldn't have felt comfortable without the alterations. My dress was amazing and I looked awesome in it!

I got my gown at a small family owned bridal boutique called Bridals & More. They are not a commercialized company so they have so many more eclectic choices and designs of dresses. I would STRONGLY recommend boutiques from large, mass produced companies to find more stunning gowns. This particular boutique was very helpful to me. The first time I went in, I didn’t have an appointment, but they still took me by the hand and helped me try on at least 15 dresses. They are very positive and helpful in helping you visualize because they do all of the alterations as well so they can pull, tuck, tug, move, the gown in ways to help you see your vision better. I liked the smaller boutique feel because you are not treated as an appointment time, you don’t have a wait, and you never get overlooked. It’s a much more personable experience, and that’s what shopping for your wedding gown should be.

Miriam was very nice to work with. I did not purchase my dress from Bridals & More but I did go here for the expertise seamstress work. Miriam also did a beautiful french bustle on my dress. Whether you are looking for a skilled seamstress or a beautiful dress. I recommend Bridals & More!

If you are looking for a wedding gown or anything for your bridal party this is THE place to go!! We picked my dress out and it was one of those dresses where it was the last and couldnt be ordered and it fit me like it was made just for me! absolutely perfect! Alterations were great! inexpensive definitely wont break your wallet and always done on time...I dont think I could say enough about Bridals and More... they are AWESOME :)

Wonderful company! They take the time to let you find the perfect dress not like the other shops that give you an hour. They were so pleasant to my wedding party! I recommend to any bride that wants a perfect day!

I purchased my dress over a year and a half away from my wedding. About 2 months before my wedding, it did not fit! Every brides nightmare right?!?! Well after asking a few friends, I cam to Bridals & More. Miriam and Madeline were amazing! They took all the stress away from me and the dress was perfect for my wedding day. If you need alterations for any dress, wedding or not, bring it to Bridals and More. There customer service is great and everyone needs to learn about the best kept secret in Jacksonville!

Bridals and More assisted with all of my accessories for myself (bride) and the bridal party. I brought my dress into the store and was able to try on hair pieces, earrings, etc. which was very helpful. Initially, I wanted a specific earring for the bridesmaids but after ordering we found out they were discountinued. I was a little disappointed but they helped me find more earrings that were somewhat similar. Their ordering process only took about a week, which was quicker then I expected. Overall everything turned out and looked faboulous!

I highly recommend them. They made the process of preparing for my wedding very stress free. They helped me order jewelry and shoes. They did a great job with alterations and were very reasonably priced. I loved them!

Although I did not purchase my wedding gown here (the only reason I didn't was because I fell in love with a dress that they did not carry) Madeline and Miriam helped me on numerous occasions. I got all six of my bridesmaids dresses here and they arrived very timely and were beautiful. I also had Miriam change my wedding gown into a sweetheart neckline and she did such a good job no one could even tell the dress was not originally made that way. If you want to have a great experience and work with people who genuinely care about their customers, go visit bridals and more!

I had my WEDDING DRESS altered here. Miriam is amazingly sweet, hard-working and extremely skilled at what she does. She made my wedding dress look better than I imagined. Her alterations made the dress actually even more beautiful and it fits me perfectly. I can't recommend her enough.

They are a great family owned stored. They made me feel welcome the minute I walked in. They were flexible with my schedule and very fun to work with! I would (and have) recommended this store to friends!

I had the most wonderful experiece at Bridals and more. Several people at my wedding commented that they thought my dress was from NYC or somewhere NOT in florida! it was that awesome and i was on a budget!! Great service, great stock, service and alterations were perfect, on time and affordable!! i would recommend them to anyone i know that is looking for bridal or bridesmaids, etc!! After shopping with one of my girlfriends who is now getting married I realize just how blessed I was to end up in the right bridal shop on the first stop!! Marion and Madeline were very professional, never pushy and made the whole experience fun and stress free. Marion did an amazing job with my alterations as well. Personally I wouldn't go anywhere else!
