Island Weddings Day of Coordination

New in 2012 for Island Weddings Day of Coordinating, blogging and social networking!  It is hard to keep up with it all, but with doing so many fabulous weddings, it is time to rant and rave about all my special brides! 

Day of coordinating is just that -- I specialize in making sure the plans you have made for the day run smoothly, however, I can do much, much more, it all just depends on what you need.

A sampling of what I can do for you on your wedding day:

Create the timeline starting from the rehearsal to the send-off at the reception
Contact vendors, sharing the timeline and checking on arrival times
Orchestrate the rehearsal
Coordinate with photographer to make sure all the pictures you want taken get taken
Keep bridal party on schedule
Help groomsmen with their tuxes, tie ties, pin on boutineers, keep them on schedule
Help bridesmaids with shoes, run to CVS for right color lipstick
Bring sandwich tray to salon during hair/make-up session
Check to make sure the vendors have arrived and have everything they need
Make sure we don't start ceremony until all family arrives
Make sure DJ or band knows how to pronounce your newlywedded last name
Keep the reception timeline flowing
