Jo El Hall has been serving the beauty needs of women in Jacksonville for years. She earned her Professional Certification in Makeup Artistry at the country’s most prestigious makeup school, Joe Blasco - Makeup Center. Her work has been monthly published in Jacksonville Magazine and she was the "key makeup artist" for several productions at the Swisher Theatre. She has also worked in numerous  fashion shows and beauty pageants in the Jacksonville area.

Jo El was also honored to do the makeup for Jacksonville’s top fashion designer, Erin Healy, at the 2010 Miami Style Awards in South Beach.
