Chef Anthony Pepe is the chef-proprietor of Affordable Catering, Theme Buffets and King of Pasta.  He began his culinary career with a vision of creating North Florida's finest and affordable catering services. Chef Pepe's training includes attending Northwood Institute of Florida, Florida Culinary Institute, as well as the University of Florida.  In addition, Chef Pepe trained with certified chefs at the Culinary Institute of America and Johnson & Wales University.  Chef Pepe is a Certified Dietary Manager, a Certified Food Protection Professional and is also a Certified ServSafe Manager.  He is also a member of the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals.

Chef Pepe is committed to serving only the finest foods, made with the freshest ingredients, and providing courteous, responsive service. All of our dishes are made from scratch, creating a truly memorable dining experience.  Chef Pepe and his staff have been creating great meals and great memories for more than two decades.
